Dr. McCain

Dr. McCain: 

Dr. McCain is a native of Mississippi. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. He completed his DVM at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University. In 2004, he moved to Southaven with his wife and daughter and purchased Greenbrook Animal Hospital. He changed the name to Greenbrook Companion Animal Hospital to emphasize his belief that our pets are not just animals, but members of our families. After purchasing the clinic, he also updated the equipment and facilities to ensure that all of his clients receive the best available veterinary care.

 

Kaye

Kaye: 

Kaye is team leader and veterinary assistant.  She brings over a decade of experience to the clinic and has been instrumental in ensuring that our staff provides the best care possible to all of our clients.

Hope: 

Hope has been a veterinary technician with Greenbrook Companion Animal Hospital for approximately a decade. She has four dogs, two cats, and five horses. She enjoys spending time with her animals, gardening and crocheting.

 

Samantha Placeholder

Shannon: 

Shannon is our receptionist. She joined our team in 2022. She came to us with over seven years of experience in the healthcare industry as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate. Her love of animals led her to transfer her focus from human health to animal health.

 

Logan Placeholder

Peggy:

Peggy is our kennel technician. She joined our team in 2017, ensuring that our guests are well cared for and that their rooms remain clean and sanitary. Before joining GCAH, she worked with exotic animals. She also works extensively with foster and rescue.

Jessica

Jessica is a veterinary technician. She brings with her a lifelong love for animals, which lead to many rescues and volunteer work with wildlife rehabilitation. She joined the Greenbrook Companion Animal Hospital family to continue her journey of caring for domestic animals. She has two pet dogs (Luna and Ruphus), and one pet snake (Snoot Noodle).
